Mike Maddox – Chicken, Pork, Dairy

Mike offers more than 20 years of combined experience in procurement and risk management, including executing private label procurement programs at Hickory Farms and North American Trading & Logistics. His career includes experience with beef, dairy products, pork, potatoes, poultry, vegetables and non food restaurant supplies with Bill Knapps. Mike’s current responsibilities include pork, poultry, and dairy. Mike has a Bachelors in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
